Mastering Multiple Flask Web Apps on one server!

As always, these how-to's are not the whole story. There is always a little bit of jiggery-pokery to get things working just right on your own environment. But after a few hours and plenty of Stack Overflow searching I managed to figure this one out. Now to get on and create new environments for all my coursework that I have been itching to publish.
